I spent years building websites that didn't work. Then I figured out what was actually broken. Now I help founders avoid the same mistake.

When I started my design business, I was doing what most designers do: building websites that looked great. Clients loved them. But visitors didn't reach out and results never came.

So I became obsessed with figuring out what actually makes a website convert.

Before becoming a designer, I spent over 5 years in business development across Europe, America, and APAC. I have a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. So I know what it's like to pitch, close deals, and understand what actually drives business growth.

That background helped me see what most designers miss: a website fails when no one defines what it should communicate, to whom, and why, before designing anything.
